Pour cette année 2023, je me demandais comment innover les publications du blog. J'ai décidé de faire des capsules de mode et de partager des patrons.

For this year 2023, I was wondering how to innovate the publications of the blog. I decided to make fashion capsules and share patterns.

J'ai trouvé un patron d'un chemisier manche longue style justaucorps. Pour le niveau de difficulté, je dirai que c'est moyen à cause de la petitesse des poignets et du col à coudre. J'ai donc dû ajuster le patron trouvé.

I found a pattern for a leotard-style long-sleeved blouse. For the level of difficulty, I would say that it is average because of the smallness of the wrists and the collar to be sewn. So I had to adjust the found pattern. 

La capsule consiste à proposer plusieurs vêtements qui peuvent s'harmoniser ensemble. Pour cette capsule j'ai cousu huit morceaux différents et tricoté deux éléments. J'ai mis en vedette sur Victoria, le vêtement réalisé à l'aide du patron.

The capsule consists of offering several garments that can be harmonized together. For this capsule I sewed eight different pieces and knitted two elements. I featured on Victoria, the garment made using the pattern.

Je vous laisse imaginer toutes les combinaisons possibles de cette capsule.

2022

Une année de plus vient de s'écouler, et c'est de nouveau le temps de faire ma rétrospective des créations 2022.

One more year has just passed, once again, and it's time again to do my retrospective of the 2022 creations.

Cette année, j'ai eu du mal à trouver 10 créations que je trouve exceptionnelle sur les 49 créés. C'est aussi difficile d'être son propre critique. 

This year, it was very difficult to find 10 creations that I find exceptional. It's also difficult to be your own critic.

J'ai choisi de faire des regroupements car je n'arrivais pas à choisir une tenue qui se démarquait plus que les autres. 

I chose to make groupings because I couldn't choose an outfit that stood out more than the others.

Et je termine avec un souvenir d'enfance : un Pierrot. C'était très à la mode, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'en avoir. Alors j'ai essayé de faire une version Barbie. 

And I end with a childhood memory: a Pierrot. It was very fashionable, I didn't have the opportunity to have one. So I said to myself and why I will not try to make a Barbie version of it.
