Après *ToysRus et *Disney, nous sommes arrétés à *American Girl sur la cinquième avenue. Pour être franche, je ne m'attendais pas à voir tout ce que j'ai vu.
After *ToysRus and *Disney we stopped to *American Girl on Fifth Avenue. To be honest, I did not expect to see everything I saw.
J'ai pris tellement de photos que le choix fut difficile pour savoir lesquelles présenter dans mon blog.

Comme on peut le voir, on a le choix de la couleur de la poupée qui nous ressemblerai en tout point.
As you can see, there is a choice of the color of the doll who looks like us at several points (the eyes, the hair, the skin...).
J'ai eu par moment l'impression de visiter un véritable musée ou l'on nous présentait les premiers habitants du continent nord américain.
I had the impression to visit a museum or we presented the first inhabitants of the North American continent.
C'est un véritable phénomène de société American Girl. La poupée de base coûte 110$. C'est le reste des accessoires qui embellis sont environnement. Tout se vend des lunettes avec la forme qu'on veut et le choix de couleur de la paire, en allant jusqu'aux chaussettes assortis. Tout se vend en détail et emballé dans de jolies boites rouges rosées. C'est trop bien pensé. Mais attention, si votre fille de 12 ans veut porter la même tenues que sa poupée, c'est possible.

La salon de coiffure ! J'ai été surprise de voir que des petites filles apportent les poupée pour leur refaire toute une beauté par des coiffeuses spécialisées. On choisit ce qu'on veut et la coiffeuse s'exécute. La poupée est placée sur une chaise comme au salon et attend le résultat final. Du moins la petite fille attend.
The hairdresser! I was surprised to see that the girls bring their dolls to remake a beauty by dressing specialized. You choose what you want and the hairdresser runs. The doll is placed on a chair in the living room and wait as the final result. At least the girl waits.
S'il y a un magasin à voir dans votre journée menu jouet fille, le magasin Americain Gilr est un incontournable. J'avais pensé que c'est vraiment dommage que Barbie ne fasse pas un magasin de ce style avec une section restaurer vos Barbies ou un salon de coiffure aussi et pourquoi pas dans le même endroit un café Barbie...
If there is a store to see in your day menu toy girl, American Gilr store is a must. I thought it was a shame that Barbie does not store this style with a section or restore your Barbies as a hairdresser and why not in the same place a coffee Barbie ...
Ce magasin m'a tellement inspiré pour Barbie dont j'ai l'impression qu'elle perd un peu plus de sa notoriété chaque année.

C'est super, l'idée du coiffure est génial, comme vous dites, petit à petit les barbies s'oublient, moi en tout cas je ne les oublie pas, je n'aime pas spécialement les poupées ça, je trouve ça trop chère !!
Mais se serais bien qu'il y ai un magasin dans chaque pays sur que les barbie (salon de coiffure, café, shopping, etc...)

Je suis d accord avec vous. Si Barbie faisait ce même concept de magasin, elle gagnerait de nouveau et rehausserait son image qui perd de plus en plus en popularité. C'est dommage que Barbie ne s'ajuste pas.
Vanessa actually, it was a great experience in this store. Even if we're not a collector of this doll, but the trip is worth it.
